Sandy Hill Estate Farnham

Hello! My partner and I have found a lovely home on Sandy Hill Road completely renovated and a great first home. We loved the feel of the estate and the walks close to the back of the house. However, we have seen a few posts dating back to 2009 and 2016 that this area should be avoided to live.
Can anyone who lives there provide some insight into the area now?

I don't live there but have worked in a professional capacity in and around the area, I would avoid if you can.

Thanks for the comments everyone. Can you elaborate on the issues in the area? Is it the crime or youths that are creating a bad community there. I have heard such mixed things

I don't know the area but Google Sandy Hill Farnham and that postcode came up. Change it to the correct one if its wrong

If its the Sandy Hill, I am thinking of, I have a friend who has lived there with no problems for 7 years now.

However, I would never have said it was Farnham, I would have said it was Aldershot, so I am not 100% it is the same place

It is technically Farnham, but right next to Aldershot.
Lots of anti social behaviour from youths and lots of drug activity.

Yes correct, it is closer to Aldershot but classes as North Farnham. I checked the crime rate and to be honest, my parents crime rate is higher and they live in a nice village in Taplow. It is just difficult because I've spoken to a lot of people who mention it's reputation.
The lovely couple selling the house have been there 6 years and have had no issues so just feel quite torn.
