I've already made a soup with tons of onion, garlic, turmeric, ginger, rosemary, thyme etc.
I've got ginger tea that I'm adding honey to.
I added loads of spice to my soup yesterday, I've had a hot bath and tried to sweat it out overnight. I feel much better than I did yesterday, my fever and aches have gone but I'm left with a blocked runny nose and a bit of a chesty feeling, I've been sneezing too.
So what's your failsafe cure for a cold?
