Supplements for vegetarian son with ADHD

Hello everyone! Has anyone got experience/advice on supplementing for a child who has AD(H)D and is vegetarian? He's 12 and really struggling with concentration at school. He isn't really hyper but easily distracted and then tends to play up with the other kids. The school isn't really helping but that's another story. He has been diagnosed but we weren't told he needed meds and I would like to stay away from that if possible, having tried them myself (I also have it) and not having found them hugely helpful. I have read there's good research on vitamin D, C, zinc, iron and magnesium, as well as Gingko Bilbo and fish oils, which have certainly had a positive effect for me. He's not happy about taking vitamins every day as it is and usually quite grumpy in the mornings so I would love a supplement that has all or most of those things in there. Does anyone know of a supplement designed for children with ADHD?

We have used the Vegepa brand, recommended by a friend with a child with autism who swears it helped her child through school. It does contain fish oils, so not strictly vegetarian, but you mentioned them in your post. Apparently it is getting the right balance of Omega oils that helps - high EPA I think (many standard brands have a non optimal balance). Sorry if I'm a bit vague as it is a while since we used them - kids are mostly grown now and less 'hyper'.
