What to do with trophies?

Those of you with kids who’s hobby equals trophies, what the Jeff do you do with them?

DH got a glass cabinet but there’s just too many with both kids doing the same hobby.

So absolutely NO to them going on shelves anywhere in the house, I cannot stand clutter. (I know, I’m a delight, but just no).

What do you do with them?

Store them in the kids room.

Keep the ones from this year out in the cabinet, but any older ones get packed away into the loft/garage/shed.

Let them pick their favourite few each and the rest are packed away.

Pack all of them away.

Not a problem I’ve ever had to deal with! But how about them either keeping the three most recent ont display or letting them choose their three favourite trophies to display. Don’t bin the trophies that didn’t make the grade, but you can stick them away out of sight.

DH had this issue. We started by saying important comps 1st-3rd and other comps 1st place only. Then it mainly became 1st place only or won this year.

And let them have them on shelves in their room if they want. They aren't clutter in the child's own room, they are achievements.

Teeny tiny kids rooms with no space for shelves.

I’ve asked DH to make a dado all round the top of the garage for the trophies.

Amazing achievements, very proud, they work really hard but need them somewhere just not overtaking my tiny house.
