Family holiday with villa/aparthotel but all inclusive?

I'm looking for a holiday for the four of us, but I have a massive phobia of fire, so I can't stay with the DC in a large hotel and I know that ground floor rooms cannot necessarily be guaranteed.

I'm wondering if anyone can recommend anywhere they have visited before with individual rooms/apartments (on the ground floor, similar to a mini villa) but is also an all inclusive/family option.

Does anywhere like this exist? I don't want to book a villa as I don't want to spend the week cooking all the time.

I've stayed in similar in Greece and Canaries.
One in Playa Blanca Lanzarote where we had a 2 bedroom bungalow/ villa and all inclusive. Club Playa Blanca IIRC.
The accommodation and pool were nice, I can't remember the food as it was a few years ago.

Ikos Olivia in Halkidiki has some individual or semi detached rooms and is all inclusive. I'm sure some of their other hotels do too. Very spendy in school holidays though

Not a villa but guaranteed ground floor in f you get a room with a ‘private pool’ (reality shared with about 10 other rooms. We did this in Spain. It was lovely as you got a bit of garden space too but it was quite a lot more expensive!

GF isabel in Tenerife have bungalows and villas and offer all inclusive. Food was very good.

Barcelo Castillo Beach resort in Fuerteventura - mini bungalows

Oh yes, Olympic Lagoon in Cyprus. Ground floor rooms with garden or private pool. Also big pools and lazy river. Fab hotel.

Louis St Elias in Cyprus, really lovely place and good accessible apartments

We stayed in Labranda Suites Alyssa in Lanzarotte and 95% of the accommodation is ground floor, one bed apartments (no kitchen) and is an all inclusive resort. It had large patios with sunbeds too.

The family rooms (2 bedrooms and a living room) in the Arum Barut hotel, side (Turkey) all had their own external staircase to access the rooms and the blocks that they’re in are only 2 stories high. Would that work? It’s a great hotel.

Avanti Village in Cyprus, apartments with own front doors, restaurant on site. Gorgeous place. Oasis Lanz Beach in Lanzerote was similar and gorgeous accommodation but didn't rate Lanzerote as much.

Sorry neither of my suggestions are all inclusive, but tons of places to eat very close.

Have bungalows which are basically two apartments (upstairs and downstairs)

We went to the place in playa blanca. Food was ok, little villa clean and comfortable. There's a water park there now I think

Book a Laguna duplex villa at the Voyage Belek. Fabulous good quality AI.

Mitsis Blue Domes in Kos would fit the bill perfectly. But also remember that a hotel with a swim up room would generally mean you were on the ground floor.

Eden resort, Portugal. Huge villa. We were self catering but there is all inclusive available.

Columbus in Tenerife if you book self catering but then upgrade to all inclusive

Looking for a holiday for 2 families of 4. Kids are ages 3, 4, 6 & 6. We want an all inclusive, kids pool, sandy beach, no more than about 4hrs flight from the UK, with either a villa for all 8 of us, or interconnecting apartments/rooms so we can socialise in the evening when the kids sleep. 4/5*
