My night routine has gone to pot.
I am falling asleep downstairs then waking at 2/3/4am and heading up to bed. There I find either one/both children alongside scoring DH and there's no room for me. Separate issue getting the kids to stay in their own beds.
We got rid of the spare bed so we could put my home office in there. Previously it was in the bedroom, both cramped and depressing as I felt I could never get away from work.
And tips on how I can go to bed like a normal person?
I did do it night before last but can't keep it up.
