Newish to Vinted and only ever sold clothes woth no issue.
sold a toy which has been damaged in delivery. Buyer has said they are wanting to resolve with me but are going to repair it - what am I supposed to do ? If I refund then I’m totally out of pocket but they are going to fix it and have a working toy. It’s only a small part that has broken so the dolls etc with it perfect toy fine.
Anyone know what to do in this situation ?
