Can I cross the platform straight over at Euston tube onto the Victoria line going south?

I know coming north that you can cross straight over from the northern line to the Victoria line at Euston underground, but can you do the same going south on the Charing X branch? I'm trying to avoid long interchanges.

Pretty sure it's the Bank branch with the easy interchange, not the ChX one

As per @Svalberg its the bank branch of the northern line going both north and south with the cross straight over to the Victoria line not the Charing Cross branch.

The Victoria line runs beneath Kings Cross next door, so there might be a short walk. I know the tube pretty well, but haven't been to London for about three years so my memory is sketchy on this bit.

OP was asking about the interchange between the Victoria Line and the Northern Line southbound at Euston. At Euston, the Northern Line splits into two branches called the Bank branch and the Charing Cross branch. I was referring to the Bank branch of the Northern Line.

So (I think this is what you mean OP) If you're coming from, say Camden Town, on the Bank branch the changeover to Victoria line at Euston is very quick. If you're on the Charing Cross branch, you can still change at Euston for the Victoria line but it takes much longer (stairs and long corridor I think, but I avoid doing this, I just wait for a Bank train) I'm doing this journey later today actually...
