Do some people feel severely hurt by the idea of some manners?

I am so sick of seeing people coughing into the open instead of trying to catch the germs in a tissue and binning it or coughing and sneezing into an elbow. We've been through over 2 years of a pandemic with a campaign for hygiene and people are stupid and all they can go is cough their germs into other peoples faces.

Amazing isn't it? Like covid never happened.

My 20 months old coughs into his hand which I think is really cute but I believe he only does that as he's always watched us if that makes sense? I have told him before when he was smaller but I agree, we should continue to be careful.
