Ok so I have 2 under 4 who do occasionally disturb the nights sleep which might also contribute to my early nights. And we're also lucky enough to still have the heating on in the morning and evening...
BUT we are using it a lot less and layering up. So post dinner I start to feel a bit cold. So put my fake oodie on and thick socks once I've done a few chores and sitting down to watch something
And then the slow warm comfy feeling takes over and I can barely keep my eyes open.
So I've been going to bed anywhere from 8.30-9ish. I'm already in bed now!!
My Fitbit is telling me I'm averaging 8.5-9hrs a night and if I get less (my normal amount) I feel absolutely knackered.
Anyone else going to bed super early as they're cold (and have layered up which is making them sleepy)?
