What to have on bagels? Cheap and healthy?

What can I have on bagels that's transportable (for work) but is cheap and reasonably healthy?

Hummus

pack of cream cheese and a tomato, all packaged up separately for assembling?

Plus lots of salt and pepper.

Cream cheese

I love smoked salmon and cream cheese - not as £££ as you'd think if you buy the packs of cheap trimmings then freeze it and use it in tiny amounts.

Or fish paste - tin of sardines blitzed with lemon juice, butter, salt, pepper and maybe parsley.

Can't beat a nice egg mayo either.

Any old veggies roast them and have in slightly toasted 🥯

Wrap in foil. Much easier for acting as a plate!

Cream cheese and cucumber is a fave in our house!

Smoked salmon and cream cheese. Buy the cheap packs of smoked salmon trimmings and mix with cream cheese, then spread on bagel. It makes it go much further and works out pretty cheap that way.

If I have a bagel I always go for rocket, tomato and sweet chilli sauce

We always have cream cheese and salmon off cuts or cream cheese and cucumber

Mashed avocado, diced tomatoes, sea salt and chilli flakes.

Or ham and mini omelette with cheese

You can buy smoked salmon trimmings and have that with the cheapest cream cheese, quite cheap.
Also roasted peppers and/or courgettes & hummus. Or grated carrot with hummus.
Ham salad, with some plastic cheese.
Tzatziki and beetroot.

And amazing as a side smothered and baked as garlic bread.
