I've just been diagnosed with this and went through a grueling procedure yesterday at the eye hospital. They gave me very little about information about what to expect but stats about outcomes don't look brilliant.
I'm currently kicking myself for not being more careful with my contact lenses. And I had no clue about the risks of showering with them in.
Has anyone else dealt with this? It looks to be very rare
