I think it's when you change your user name several times to create false replies to the original post

Creating a new username and either arguing with yourself, or making out that there are other users agreeing with your dodgy opinion.

Tbf these explanations actually make more sense than the Google

I read the other thread about the women with 11 children and had no idea either? I too had to google what it meant. Multiple people asked that OP what on earth it meant- yet they kept referring to the term without clarifying what they meant!
