Do you like Lambrini?

My lovely neighbour has given me a huge bottle of Lambrini as a thank you for doing her bins every week. I'm tempted but not sure if I'll like it, and it's a big bottle to throw out after one taste! Do you drink it?

I hate it but it's really, really cheap so no big deal to toss. It certainly isn't something I'd registered or pass on.

It is utter gut rot
Used to be our pre night out drink of choice when we could get it for 99p a bottle - im quite surprised My friends and I survived after they brought out litre bottles. Couldn't bring myself to drink it now

I expect she's given it to you because someone gave it to her & she can't bring herself to drink it. I'd donate it to some worthy cause. It's horrible stuff

Invited to meet daughters boyfriend's parents, took a decent bottle of wine with me, as you must. Offered a glass of Lambrini, 'I love this, have you tried it? It's lovely and sweet". Fab. I expect they poured my £25 offering down the sink after I left 😀

Not as an adult, however it does fill out a punch well. Adds extra alcohol and a bit of fizz.

My neighbour is in her 90s and can't manage her bins so my husband takes them for her every week, about once a month she turns up with a bag of raw meat for us Confused She doesn't say anything she just sort of knocks and chucks it at me and shuffles off. It's been too long now to say anything but I die a bit inside every time. We're all vegetarian Blush

Its DD19's drink of choice for student pre drinking so not much has changed!! It is awful but TBH I'd still have the odd glass for old time's sake.😁
Used to prefer Concord way back when, especially the peach one!
