I’ve just come across the last thread, but it’s full!
Following on from that, I see the custody hearing has been rescheduled from February to July this year to allow Alice’s criminal trial to proceed.
She has apparantly breached the terms of the restraining order Ioan has taken out against her and the continuance is to prevent her potentially incriminating herself.
I understand why the Judge has allowed this, although to Ioan it must seem like an own goal.
Does this mean he won’t be seeing his daughters until July and they won’t be attending therapy until then either?
