I've got a fair bit of knee pain - I don't know what it is, could be osteoarthritis. I've had knee pain intermittently over the years.
I'm doing a weights programme at the moment, so lots of heavy stuff and bends/lunges/squats.
I'm so loathed to stop but should I? I've been using an ice spray, not sure what else to do - I should probably see a physio but that's £££
