Bread makers, Panasonic SD r2530k; can they make naan and ciabbatta

I've decided to take the plunge and get a bread makers.

Can they make other bread like naan or ciabbatta?

Ideally I'd want a wholemeal loaf but I was wondering if they are very versatile?

You can Google the manual to see the recipes, very much standard loaf shape things but you could use it to mix the dough for other creations. But you're not going to be baking a naan in it.
