Hi
i am after some podcast/audible suggestions. I find one of the school mum’s makes me feel so insecure, judged/makes me feel like my child has judged and I need some kind of coping mechanism as she makes me feel so worthless. No one else in my life makes me feel this way, no one. I can’t avoid her either as our children are friends but she is one of the most manipulative and conniving people I have the misfortune to know. I have struggled with her for 2 years but it’s becoming insufferable now. I can’t avoid her, she’s there every pick up and drop off. So, I’m going to try and change my mindset towards her and am after some ideas on podcasts to listen to so that I can achieve this. She won’t change from being the way she is so I need to empower myself somehow. Any tips on what would be a good listen please?
