Went to bed at 11, woke up at 3.30, stayed mostly awake until 7.30. Knackered but have to go out tonight! Wah!

I am dead on my feet. What can I do to perk myself up and not be a fun sponge this evening? If I had a choice I wouldn't go, but I really do have to Sad.

Your sleep pattern often happens to me ( thanks DH coughing at 3.15!) it’s totally knackering.

Sorry you are feeling knackered op. I feel the same as I was up with an injured horse at 4am, have done a full days work, and another horse visit, but only have to cook dinner now and do laundry. Think I would die if I had to go out now! 🤣

Sorry, that’s not very helpful! Suggest downloading Reveri app (it doesn’t cost anything) and do a 5 min guided meditation. They are really helpful for changing your mindset.
