Disney Paris in july

Anyone been to Disney Paris in july. What's the weather like. Researching it's going to be highs of 25degrees. And very busy x

I went in early July.
I went for the early hours, had a nap when it was hot, went back in.
Also carried a water bottle with ice cubes as well as water, and a wide brimmed hat.
Otherwise I would have burned and got heat stroke.

Is it always hot in the summer months. We are going late August and I just assumed it would be like August over here, rainy and cold!!

It's inland so the weather is usually a bit warmer and dryer in the summer. It definitely can be rainy but not always.

Were planning on going at the beginning before the schools break up. But I'm worried the weather may be to hot to actually enjoy. But the parks are open for longer. We went in the march before and that was freezing and again in may which was warm but manageable.

We went in August and it was either boiling or torrential rain we still had an amazing time

We always go at the beginning of July we used Ultrasun once a day and were fine, didn’t burn but wore hats and took spare sunscreen for shoulders where bags are on and off all the time. If your children are old enough single rider queues save a lot of time. Have a fabulous time 🏰

Thanku for all Ur help. It's hard trying to plan a holiday especially as it's our first big holiday away since 2011. I struggle with the heat and the cold. But was hoping to make the most of the long sunny days. I just worry the weather would of been unbearable. Especially after the heatwave last year. I'm hoping the weather will be comfortable.

It's one of my favourite places to go on holiday, to be honest.
Even in July.

Are you thinking of staying in a Disney hotel?

We went in May and it was hot. Top tips would be hit the park for opening, if you are staying I site definitely make the most of the extra magic hours. Head for a nap/chill out after lunch and head back to the park late afternoon. It really quietens down around 5.30/6 and the park will probably be open until 10 or 11pm in august. We managed so many rides first/last thing.

Oh and you can do ride swap on most rides. We had DD7 & 3 so there were a few rides they both couldn't do. I would queue with DD7 and get a rider swap ticket at the end, give that to DH and then he and DD7 would get another go without having to queue.

I'm planning on staying in the new port bay. But not sure if they have air conditioning in the rooms. My husband and daughter r so excited. I am but I worry all the time as myself and daughter r fair skinned and as Paris had 3 heat waves last year I'm hoping the week we go will be ok. Also how much spending money do you think I will need for 4 nights 5 days x

We stayed in Sequoia lodge, I can't remember if there was air con but I don't remember it being too warm in the room.
Do you have a meal plan? We didn't and bought food from McDonald's, Starbucks, five guys etc. we spent about £800 for the same duration on food, drink and souvenirs.

Went in early august once, baking hot for 2 days, torrential rain for the other two and most of Europe was there! Too busy by far

We have breakfast included. I don't now why I'm so nervous. I so want to take my daughter but I think because it's been such a long time since I last went my nerves are kicking in.

we went for 4 days 6yrs ago and rained every day seriously and didnt really pack enough clothes for that

not really heavy rain but rain non the less we bought some ponchos on site

Thanku were looking to go on the 5 of July. I was hoping as the UK are still in school it may be quieter and hopefully cooler. But with the weather these days you can predict anything. I'm starting to wonder if I should of booked a different month to go

Newport Bay is lovely.
The pool seemed fairly quiet last year most times of the day.
And it's on the water so it's cool.

I spent more than I expected but we went to two buffets and also ds2 likes shopping and he is at an age where I'm just grateful he acknowledges me so I bought him some bits and bobs.
But you can fill up at breakfast, and then the mcdonalds has different stuff from home, and it isnt too expensive.
I also got the train to the nearest shops for fruit and cereal bars and things.

yep took plenty of snacks as inside is expensive but found the mcdonalds good but very very busy

stayed in the lodge cant remember the name of the hotel it had a pool which kids really enjoyed

oh also at the time we went there was no kettle so bought a travel one from argos best think i bought all holiday and took 3 in 1 coffee sachets

We went end of June a few years ago. It was a heatwave and about 39 most days. We really struggled and are good in the heat!

Check when French school holidays start, not sure if they break up same time? Just as that will make it busy / expensive!

It's fab though! Enjoy

We went in July 4 years ago, was one of the hottest summers on record back then, 33 for 4 of the 6 days we were there... to make things worse, the short cut was closed so we had to do extra walking. They had misters all around the park to cool off. We just stayed in the shade as much as possible. Was good though as didn’t have to carry jackets etc.

Also to add, there's plenty of options for shade. A lot of rides have the queues either inside or under cover and there are theatre shows as well. You could plan to do those during the worst of the heat. Bottled water is a rip off so take water bottles and refill around the park.

We went end of June. It was busy (especially the weekend days) but not unbearably busy.longest queue was 70mins.

It was pleasantly overcast most of the time.

According to Google the French school holiday starts on Sunday 9th July.

You can ask for a kettle from reception.
We all quite liked the hot drinks from the drinks machine as well - you get credit on your magic pass and it works out as about 4 hot drinks a day. Mint tea is fine for little ones, but it is sweetened.

We have been that week of July several times as it is the start of the Scottish school holidays. Yes it can be very hot, but as others have said be there for park opening, go back to the hotel for a siesta and back out for the evenings. This was also useful as out of the strongest sun for very fair DD1.
Although I haven't staid there Newport Bay has got air-conditioning.
We have also found lots of Spanish families there so can be busy, but not as bad as it gets later in the summer.
