Hi, Ive been epilating for 15 plus years now, they dont last for very long, end up burning out with overuse! 😳However the new epilator I bought grabbed a chunk of my skin, my inner arm, it was so scary, I was half naked and thought I would have to go to A&E like that. I turned it off and tried manouvering the skin out of the "jaws". I thought it was a one off, so tried epilating later on in the month and it happened again! What ghe heck is going on....has this happened to anyone else?
Its a Remington EP 7010.

You mean your arm pit? Did you follow the instructions? You"re meant to pull the skin taught so it can't catch.

I love my Panasonic and use the epilator and razor. It’s never attacked me.

Mine occasionally does this, doesnt happen if you pull skin taut..... If you think your armpit hurt be very careful on your bikini line Shock
