Acne pits

When I was young I had quite bad acne on my face, chest back, all the usual places. The spots stopped years ago now but when I did have them, I picked and squeezed, I know I shouldn't have but I was a teenager, and now I have lots of pit holes where the spots were. They are quite obvious, some being smaller than other but still very noticeable especially on photos. I don't have the red scarring on my face like a lot of acne leaves, it's the actual pit holes. I can't use foundation as it shows them up even more. Is there anything I can do without it costing loads of money? I don't want to include a photo as it's too embarrassing. Any help would be gratefully received.

I use this from Superdrug which has helped my open pores, it may help you?
Also get a good primer should help if you want to wear foundation.

Thank you Gemzee I will definitely give that a try. I never thought of using primer, is it a bit like Polyfiller?😂😂

Have you tried dermaroller or micro needling? You can use the dermaroller at home or also book a session at a good clinic, costs about £100. Regular session/use will have a beneficial effect on the scarring.

Microdermabrasion or acid peels will help reduce the scarring, you'll need to do a few to notice the results though
