Has anyone ever called them? How was it? Did it help you?

I think they generally have a good reputation but a friend of ours an Army veteran with PTSD as well as physical disabilities from his time in the army phoned and spoke to someone who was anti the Army and she said some truly dreadful things such as serve him right for joining the Army.

He was very distressed as you can imagine and made an official complaint. I don’t know I’d the person was removed from their volunteering or not.

He was given an apology but obviously he will never call them again.
