Cushion shopping

Can anyone suggest a good place to look for some good quality cushions for my sofas. I have looked at M & S, Next, Wayfair, Dunelm, Ikea etc etc. I did some quite nice ones in Next but not quite the right colours. I seem to have drawn a blank for other places to look other than Amazon, where I find the quality a bit dubious. I want the whole cushion rather than just a cover with a nice pattern.

Ah yes thanks John Lewis is one place I haven't looked. Tried the Range and Tesco, most of the high street shops already. I'm being very fussy but just can't ones that are quite right.

TK Max or their Homesense stores.

GherkOut · 28/01/2023 16:56

Do you mean cushion covers, or just the insides, or both?!
Colours../ room theme?

GherkOut · 28/01/2023 16:57

Duh. Sorry. Didn't RTFT Blush

FirstFallopians · 28/01/2023 16:59

Not the range- their pillow inserts go flat within about a month.

When I get round to replacing them I’ll be buying the cover and pillows separately to avoid this.

IKEA?

Buy a cushion that you like the size and feel of

Then start looking for covers.

Thats the best way.

We have tons of cushions everywhere and I have large numbers of covers. Lots are in drawers but some are under the current covers! I like to change things a lot

Worth a look at Asda George/Argos (Habitat range)

Oo Cream of Cornwall ones are stunning, very pricey though! Is their quality good?

Tk maxx have some lovely ones in most times I look, depends what you're looking for as much as anything

GherkOut · 28/01/2023 18:05

I suppose it depends on your standards (!) but Cream of Cornwall ones are velvet covers.
You can buy the pads separately from them, or elsewhere. Some are on Sale atm

And I agree you can get really lucky in TK Maxx

Just thought that you can get both the cover and the insert in Primark.

If you wanted to check www.homestoreandmore.ie and you found a cushion you liked, I could post it over to you.

I understand the quandary you find yourself in.

Thank you that's kind of you. I have fallen for one on the Elizabeth Scarlett website. It's quite expensive when I realise I need four of them!
