Why would she open a fake profile to spy on me?

I had a friend for over 20 years.
Well she was more a frenemy -would put me down,mock me -slag me off
We haven't spoken in 3 years as she did something awful to me and both blocked each other.
She spent the last 6 months of our friendship basically telling lies about me-saying I was abusive to her (she's claimed all her ex's are the same and other friends etc )
Anyway around 5 -6 months ago I opened a Instagram and didn't realise you could make it private.
I noticed for months now a woman would view each story .
She doesn't follow me and me her.
So she repeatedly searches me.
I did the add account trick on Instagram and forgot password trick -up popped her email address.
It is my ex friend
I immediately block this account and switch to private account

Why has she gone to such extremes to view my Instagram ?
After 3 years ? Why fake account

I should add this "friend" told everyone I was obsessed in her (trying to make people think I was crazy )
Yet here she is with her fake profile spying

What does this mean?

If you add an account to Instagram and it asks you to login
You say you have forgot password
It gives you a option to send reminder to email address
It pops up a partial email address and from this I knew it was her
(As I know her email )

It's probably part jealousy and also being nosey.

Wouldn't that just be your computer auto filling her email simply because it remembers you using it in the past elsewhere?

She literally went out of her way to turn folk against me then she has the audacity to still spy on my life

Rise above it block her and move on
