Engagement ring after divorce - sell or recycle?

BbqFanatic · 28/01/2023 13:06

I have a Tiffany engagement ring and I'm divorced now. Don't know how much they sell for second hand or can Tiffany exchange the ring for something else? Please help me explore options. TIA.

Do you have the receipt?

No box or receipt but I have the authenticity certificate.

Do you have DC from the marriage. If so could you save it for them?

If you contact Tiffany they should be able to locate and email the receipt... maybe to your ex though.

Theres a reasonable resale market for Tiffany on eBay, try looking up similar listings to get an idea of price points and list for Valentine's day or Christmas market.

Thanks. Will ask Tiffany for a copy of the receipt.

If you have a DD I’d save it for them, unless you need the money

Get the paperwork and try vinted etc or ebay, you wont get much from a regular shop, only scrap value so pennies really. always remember the mark up on new jewellery can be as high as 800% so dont be dissapointed if you dont get much but being tiffany should achieve better price...[ ex pawn shop employee ]

No kids but could keep it for my niece. Worried about being scammed on eBay lol
