Can anyone with a now tv subscription help please
I am constantly being asked to enter the parental pin, sometimes as often as every 10 minutes. I like to sleep with my tv on low next to me but as I’m asleep and haven’t entered the pin regularly the tv turns itself off so I am not sleeping very well. I contacted now tv who told me to reset it and it’ll work as normal again but it hasn’t helped. It only used to ask me if I put a movie on with an age rating but now it’s for everything. Can anyone help?
