does anyone work for Royal Mail or can help me with how something works?
I need to send DD’s old passport to the passport office.
I booked a collection for the envelope and paid for track and trace online.
We missed the collection (long story) but the postman put the postage label through the letterbox.
Can I just put the envelope with the label on it in a postbox? Or do I need to bring it to a post office?
