It's a song by an English singer, maybe 5 to 10 years ago. I can't remember any lyrics but there was a beautiful video where a couple grew old together and the wife got sick.

It was a ballad. The singer had brown hair, I think.

It might have been more than 10 years ago. It was out when I had very bad broadband and had to let YouTube videos load for a few minutes so that they wouldn't buffer.
