Can somebody help me remember a song?

It's a song by an English singer, maybe 5 to 10 years ago. I can't remember any lyrics but there was a beautiful video where a couple grew old together and the wife got sick.
I'm sorry that I'm so vague on the details.

It was a ballad. The singer had brown hair, I think.

It might have been more than 10 years ago. It was out when I had very bad broadband and had to let YouTube videos load for a few minutes so that they wouldn't buffer.

It used to make me cry too. It was out in 2011, so I wasn't very off target with the year.
