Has anyone tried Rheal? Would be interested to hear from anyone who has and whether they would recommend or not.

my order arrived yesterday. Comes highly recommended by some friends, I’ll report back!

Yes - have been using for a couple of months and highly recommend. I don’t know if it’s really made a difference to my health and I will caveat that I do already take other supplements / drinks in the morning but they taste great and I will continue.

I’ve bitten the bullet and order clean greens to try. I do take a multivitamin supplement and HRT but I don’t eat enough veg so figured I’d give it a try.

Which one do you have@Villagelady?

It’s grim, I bought two and barely scratched the surface of the first.

Dissolve into a small mount of apple juice. It tasted great that way!

I’m having it every other day and have had to add lemon juice to make it palatable bit now I’ve got the lemon it’s fine. Really hard to know if I’m getting benefit. I think I’m a bit less tired…

It’s fucking vile . We ordered greens and some other one for women’s health. Absolutely tasted like shit.

Both DH and I were nearly sick so they were binned. Utter waste of money.

Gorgeous packaging though.

I've been using Clean Greens and Balance Tonic for the last couple of months. Before I started taking them, I needed a nap every day (I've got a chronic pain thing that means I need more rest than the average person).

From about a few days in, I've barely needed any naps. I've not changed anything else about my diet or sleep patterns, so can only attribute it to the Rheal. I've also found myself to be a lot calmer. Before, I would get snappy and stressed really easily but I feel loads more patient and calm.

I don't know whether all this is psychosomatic, but for the benefits I've found personally, I'll def keep using them.

itoldyouyouwouldntlikeit · 03/03/2023 21:35

I've got the Balance one, been about 2 weeks. Not sure if it's making any difference but it's not vile, I mix it with orange juice.
If you search them on social media then you seem to get lots of adverts offering 20%off...

Champagneforeveryone · 03/03/2023 22:08

I've got the Balance one. It seems to be helping with my general well-being, and a week in I had a proper period for the first time (peri-menopausal so could be a coincidence)

I will say though, it tastes vile. I mix it with fruit juice, which also ups my fruit intake and it's fine.

Glitterandunicorns · 04/03/2023 07:35

I mix the clean green one with a little bit of apple juice and all you can taste is the apple juice. I have the balance one with plain Greek yogurt and it just makes my yogurt taste sort of berry flavoured. (I tried the balance one with water and it was vile).
