I have a friend who has negative thoughts and has lost her mojo. I have thought she was depressed in the past. She didn't seem keen on talking to her gp or accessing IAPT. She also had difficulty in telling me things that she enjoyed.
If anyone could suggest a book or online resources that would be helpful with this, I'd be grateful - there are so many it would be good to have a recommendation. For mood/mental well being generally/poss some principles of mindfulness/cbt type exercise
(The NHS things I have found don't sound meaty enough - 7 minute audio guides but I'm happy to be corrected if I'm wrong)
