Quick, effective Pilates workouts on youtube?

Hi, I'd really like to get into Pilates but am completely low energy and quite lazy! Could anyone recommend any pilates videos on youtube where the routines are short (max 20 mins) but effective enough to keep me motivated? I just need to find something that I instantly like and doesn't feel pointless to help me stick with it. Thank you!

You're welcome! I hope they work for you. Doing 20 minutes of pilates a day has changed my life.

Has it honestly? That's so interesting to read, as that's what I had in mind. I'm challenging myself to complete 20 mins day on day out to see what happens. What effects have you noticed?

I started doing the last video daily and after 10 days people started asking if I had lost weight. Pilates is great for posture and it activates muscles that act as an internal girdle, making you appear slimmer. Plus, I love the feeling of having a strong core!

Ooh, following this as I’d love to get into Pilates but definitely lack the time and motivation to go to classes every week!

I'm planning on doing the same too so I'm grateful for this thread.

I can recommend move with Nicole. She's so elegant and calm, and her workouts are really effective. I don't do them now as I'm PG and she doesn't do pregnancy sessions, but once I'm back to my normal self, I will be working out with her again.

thanks for posting these! Op how are you getting on??

aspies · 06/03/2023 13:51

I've actually just had to have a minor operation and am not able to exercise for 4 weeks other than gentle walking. It's killing me actually as I really went to get started now. Definitely feel this is the exercise for me, having tried just about everything by this point. I like that it's gentle but effective.

Another recommendation for anyone looking is pilateslive.co.uk/. Classes of all different lengths
