Calling anyone who has done a mutual exchange with HA / Council property

Was it a difficult process?

Do they allow you to leave carpets/furniture etc behind if the other person would like them?

Has anyone been denied (for any reason other than over/under occupancy)

How long did the process take?

Wow that's very quick! A month for the whole process? I've been told once you apply they have 42 days to decide.
