About 6, I really need more but there’s no much to do at night and my little ones wake me up super early / through the night!

4thonthe4th · 26/01/2023 13:43

About 8.5-9

Theoldwoman · 26/01/2023 13:48

I go to bed at 8pm, read until 9 pm then listen to a podcast or audiobook or some calming music until I fall asleep which I reckon takes about 15-20 minutes . I wake up around 7:30am, rarely during the night.

PissedOffNeighbour22 · 26/01/2023 13:48

Rarely more than 3 hours a night. I've always been a crap sleeper but it got worse after I had kids. They both sleep through (both under 3yrs) but I just can't sleep. The baby has cold so he's snotty sounding all night which keeps me awake and my DP seems to have taken up snoring as a hobby these last few months.

My maternity leave ends in a few days so things will probably get worse on the sleep front 😣.

Oneborneverydecade · 26/01/2023 13:50

Approx 7 hours. I'd like more

InTheFutilityRoomEatingBiscuits · 26/01/2023 13:51

5.5-6 hours. I feel far better if I get 7 but there aren’t enough hours in the day as it is.

MaverickGooseGoose · 26/01/2023 13:53

Around 6 during the week, I make up for it at the weekend though where it is more like 10.

My sleep had gone to shit, moving into the spare room has made it so much better. He snores or I snore and he wakes me up, he fidgets like mad and I want the window open and he doesn't. Having my own bed is a joy.

Icecreamandapplepie · 26/01/2023 13:53

Anything from six and a half to nine hours. Usually around 8.

xogossipgirlxo · 26/01/2023 14:04

6-7

Mañanarama · 26/01/2023 14:06

I get 6-7, really need 8, love 9.

Totally my own fault for going to bed late, I seem to get a second wind about 10:30 and am at my most productive then.

Itsonlyagame · 26/01/2023 14:11

2-3, ds is autistic and doesn't sleep so neither do I.

eurochick · 26/01/2023 14:47

6-7 hours, with one or two wake ups. This is not enough. I only feel good on 7.5 hours plus.

LBOCS2 · 26/01/2023 14:49
  1. I'm always tired and getting up is always an effort, but the evenings are more fun than the mornings so I'd rather be liveliest then 🤷🏼‍♀️
PetitPorpoise · 26/01/2023 14:57

About 6. I'd prefer it to be more but the evening is my quiet time so I like to drag it out.

adriftabroad · 26/01/2023 15:01

Between 7 and 8.

FindingMeno · 26/01/2023 15:02

6 or 7.
I would like it to be closer to 8

Topseyt123 · 26/01/2023 15:05

Around 6 or 7 very often. I'm one who tends to sleep in fairly short bursts, which is annoying. I don't often just sleep all the way through. Wish I did.

TheDogIsTooEarlyForTea · 26/01/2023 15:06

About 7.5

I'd really like 8 Grin

NocturnalClocks · 26/01/2023 15:10

3-4

Nowhere near enough but it's impossible to get any more and still do everything I need to do, there's not enough time.

Augend23 · 26/01/2023 15:13

Anywhere between 6 and 9 hours. On a bad day I wake up at 4:30. On a good day it's 7:30.

I feel rough after 6 hours sleep.

Theawkwardblonde · 26/01/2023 15:28

About 5, if that. Used to be 8 prior to children. As long as I get a couple of hours I can somewhat function 😂
