All taught to me by my 10 year old today.

What random things did you learn today?

Not actual facts from me, however I learned today that if I kid myself that I have had two glasses of wine, my work day goes much better. There is actual scientific research which backs up the idea that having alcohol free wine has much the same effect on the brain as proper wine. I love a placebo me!
