Gut health is important because a large amount of your immune system in in your gut. It has an impact on your weight and health. I think it's Tim Spector who advises 30
Plants per week ( I have read his book).

I try to eat some fermented foods (kimchi/ kefir/ sour kraut) every day - you might want to Google the health benefits of those.

I don't believe in gut health capsules, I think it's far more beneficial to actually eat beneficial foods.

I am currently listening to Tim Spector on podcast, it’s fascinating.

I have had a lot of gut trouble over the last few weeks and I really just want to find a balance. I decided I need to add more plant based foods especially incorporating more vegetables and less carbs.
