I just want to share that facial exercises really do work. I have been doing mine for 6 weeks now, around 5-6minutes a day, and my jawline looks so much better.

It makes so much sense because just a few minutes a day doing pelvic floor does so much for tightness, so it stands to reason that facial muscles will react in the same way by getting stronger with excersise.

It makes me wonder why people opt for filler and botox when something so much better exists for free?

Kissing the ceiling. Making an o shape with your mouth and slowly smiling open and shut. Putting your lips over your teeth then slowly open and close the lower jaw but not fully shutting your mouth.

I stick to the easy ones that l can fit in when I have a spare few minutes.
