I’m bored of buying and cooking the same things week in week out, in need of some new ideas please. Kids aren’t fussy and eat most things, I have a fish allergy. I do all the cooking as dh works 4pm-5am four nights a week. Our shopping is delivered on a Friday so I plan Friday-Thursday,

This weeks meals
F:- steak, chips, peas and grilled mushrooms and tomatoes
S:- Cumberland pie, green beans and broccoli. (Peas, carrots and onions in the mince mix)
S:- roast chicken with trimmings
M:- - toad in the hole, roast carrots and parsnips, cauliflower and spring greens
T:- carbonara
W:- chorizo pasta bake, peas and garlic bread
Th:- veggie chilli served on a baked sweet potato

Unfortunately there is two pasta dishes back to back this week and I try and cook something that will microwave ok the next day for dh. Thanks in advance.

Not my actual meal plan as it's quite quite fish heavy but some suggestions none the less!

Honey and whole grain mustard, sticky Sausage, apple, parsnip and shallot Tray bake.
Tandoori chicken skewers with rice and salad.
Cottage pie topped with sweet potato and parsnip mash.
Roast gammon with sweetcorn and pineapple salsa.
Leek, broccoli and Stilton bake with green beans
Griddled Haloumi served in wraps with roasted veg. Served with homemade coleslaw.
Cauliflower, red pepper and chickpea curry and rice.
Peppers stuffed with garlic, red onion and mushroom cous cous, topped with mozzarella and served with salad.
Pasta with garlic mushrooms and bacon
Chicken and leek risotto
Baked sweet potato falafel in pita with salad
Roasted veg frittata
Shakshuka with flat breads

Chicken tikka masala with rice and green beans (great for left over roast chicken with a jar of sauce)

Pork chops with jacket potatoes and cabbage fried with wg mustard

Oven baked risotto (Delia Smith has some great ones)

Homemade pizza, add your own toppings with salad (I buy the bases)

Beef stew and I throw in baby potatoes, carrots and other asstd veg so its one pot

Chicken breasts oven roasted with herbes de provence and lemon juice. Can go with pasta (lemon butter sauce) jacket potatoes or rice. With broccolini

Spag bol

One of my favourite meals is meat of your choice (usually we use pork or beef), diced and fried with diced bell pepper , then mix in pouches of rice and finally a stir fry sauce of your choice (we usually have sweet chilli & garlic)

Also I like to fry mince beef and onions then add gravy granules and hot water to the pan to make gravy, and serve with half a giant Yorkshire pudding and veg
