Husband on WhatsApp.

The last couple of days my DH is constantly on WhatsApp. He was at work today and he was constantly online despite saying he was busy.

He goes to the toilet, he's online. He goes downstairs, he's been online.

About 3 years ago I found out he'd been messaging a female work colleague. He swears blind nothing was in it, they were just chatting about general stuff but it really effected me and I didn't deal with it very well.

Now I'm getting these vibes again.

My WhatsApp apparently says I'm online whenever my work PC is switched on. Presumably that's what happens when you've got WhatsApp desktop running in the background.

Ask him. Surely he will show you to put your mind at rest.

Does he have a history of texting women or cheating?

It sounds like you don’t trust him so you shouldn’t be with him

Yes but with his previous wife, it ended badly and (I’m aware this sounds stupid) he learnt his lessons from being scorned as his ex was doing the same!

But if you have WhatsApp on your laptop or PC it says you're online even when you're not looking at WhatsApp. The other day I had a 2 hour lunch with DH and he left his computer on. It said he was online for those 2 hours even though he was sitting with me nowhere near his PC or phone!!
I'm sure your DH just has it on his computer. I can't believe he's looking at WhatsApp all day long.

Could be open on the computer. This is also why I have turned off my online status, so I can't be stalked

My husband is on WhatsApp all the time too. I just take the piss like "busy day is it?!" When I see him on his phone in the office. It doesn't occur to me that he's texting a woman. I think there are trust issues going on here.

Your concerns are valid given the past incident.
Open communication is key, express your feelings calmly to address the issue. Trust and transparency in a relationship are vital.
Seek understanding rather than assumptions.
