When can I contact them?

I had an interview on Friday morning. It's for a big step up and I hadn't imagined that I had any real chance, but it seemed to go really well. They said they'd let me know early this week.

If I don't get the role, I'd like to ask for feedback. I know only three people were interviewed, and it's not common to get feedback in my industry unless you ask for it.

Would you presume they'll have offered it to someone yesterday; and so if I don't hear by later today, I can request feedback?

I’d wait another day or two, it’s only Tuesday. If they have offered it to someone else they may be waiting for that person to confirm first, or the hiring person may not have been in yesterday.

I’d wait a week or so before seeking feedback. They may not have offered it straight away. Also, wait to see if the first choice accepts it. If not, they may offer it to you.

Too early IMO. I'd wait until Friday at the latest if I hadn't heard anything.
