I'm going to be 40 soon..
I'm thinking I've had a good 30s, had my children and although they are still small I want to start my 40s in the best way possible. For me that will be to lose some weight, something I've struggled with for a decade. I want to be in the best shape for when I turn 40.
I want to become more outgoing too. Having small children and working full time hasn't left much time to catch up with friends or even make an effort with parents at my children's school, I'm always working, or maybe I come across as unapproachable I don't know.
I want to get things done in our home, which I haven't been able to do while the children were babies. So decorate myself, do the small touches like putting photos up and turning our house into a much more cosy place.
Did anyone make any big changes before turning 40? I'm interested to hear what these are!
