Should I wake my baby up to eat?

My 8 week old usually feeds every 5-6 hours (we are on nutramigen and the recommended amount on the tin for third age is 4-5 bottles in a 24 hour period)

He had his first immunisations yesterday and was very fussy and wanted to be on my constantly. He had three doses on Calpol and he started feeling much less hot to the touch and we managed to get him to sleep in his Moses basket.

It's now been 6 hours since he fed and he's showing no signs of waking - he's still conked. I am not sure if I should let him sleep or if I should be waking him to eat to avoid dehydration?

How long would you leave him? I know some babies sleep through the night at this age so I'm guessing it's okay to let him sleep for another hour or so?

As long as he's breathing normally and he's not feverish etc I think it's fine to leave him to sleep a bit longer. The jabs can make them sleepy so you might get longer day naps too.

I agree the 8 week jabs conked one of mine out, I’d let him have a bit longer.
