He's been doing my windows for 20 years, must have been a teenager when he started.
Over the last few years he's made a couple of very substantial cost increases, although probably still not unreasonable (£20 for 4 bed detached) but a big jump from the £10 I was paying before Covid. I may have mentioned this to him!
Anyway he's always come intermittently, anything from once a month to 3 months according to illness/holiday/injury/weather.
When he comes he cleans the windows, puts a note through the door to say he's been and comes back in the evening to collect cash.
It's months since we saw him, but I'm reluctant to make other arrangements because if he does come back, he'll just clean them and expect payment, without checking that I want them done.
I have no way of contacting him
