I suffered a serious mental health episode after my second baby was born and I now volunteer helping other parents affected by mental illness. When I was unwell there was a YouTube video I watched on repeat for a while. It was a number of women - all from the UK - talking about their experience with perinatal mental health issues. During the course of the video they all met up for a trip to the beach together - they body boarded or surfed and then there was a fire or bbq on the beach with their families. The video really underlined that recovery from perinatal mental illness is possible.

I’m now compiling a set of links to videos/podcasts and other resources for parents and I cannot find this video anywhere! Can’t find it in my history or through google searches. It has made me quite emotional as it was a small but important part of my own recovery.

Can anyone find it? Has anyone see it and if so do you know which organisation made it?

Thank you!!!

Don't know if you tried this but if you have a Youtube/Google account and was signed in when you watched it, you can go to myactivity.google.com and providing your history setting is switched to the on position for Youtube, it should show you every video you've searched for and every video you've watched (for a longer period than the normal 'History' search)
