Earplugs

Please recommend me some earplugs that won’t keep falling out of my ears at night and that will stop me being woken up by my husbands snoring 🙄 thank you 🙏

Weirdly the best ones I've ever found are foam ones from Home Bargains for about £2. I squeeze them quite small then put them in and they expand back out to the shape of my ear so they stay in and block out sound really well. I also use them as I have a snoring DH!

Thank you. I will try both of these, we have a home bargains locally so I can get those easily.

I use the ZenPlugs which is natural silicone and re-usable so I don't have to buy new all the time. It fits perfect and removes the snoring from the man in the house and they look neat!! Not expensive either
