Long time reader of mumsnet. Several years in fact. Just deciding to post. Would love some
advice and guidance and I don't know where to turn.
I am at a complete loss.
I have lots of exercise equipment at home. This includes a treadmill that inclines, dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells and I just
recently signed up to Les Mills online. I have access go all the workouts.
I also had a 3 day membership to my local
Gym. I didn't go!!
But for the life of me I can't figure out why I can't get motivated to do any of it.
I had long covid and was active prior to this. I have, thanks goodness finally recovered after two very frustrating and challenging years.
I no longer have chronic fatigue and working out and getting fit and healthy is what I dreamed of being able to do again.
But I just can't get up and do it.
I have a stone to lose and my knees are chafing together due to the weight I have put on.
I love the feeling after a workout or physically activity so what exactly is wrong with me. It's behind a joke and I've been like this months.
