Just a general wondering really. I used to exchange numbers within the same evening of talking to someone who I was getting along with. Since they all went nowhere, I changed my number last year for a clean slate (not just for online dating) and became very reluctant to give it out and so far haven't exchanged numbers with anyone online.
How long do you chat to someone before exchanging numbers on the apps? If anyone asks me I just say I'm happy to chat on the app (I so far I haven't chatted for more than a day on the app and now I'm wondering if that's because I haven't given them my number?)
