Energy payment question...

Hi all, boring one I know but hopefully someone may know the answer.

On 25th October I received the £66 energy payment into my account
On 20th Dec I received £66 into my account.

Nothing for Nov or Jan. Anyone experienced.the same? Or know why/how this works?
I can't tell from my line account.
I know my direct debit is increasing this month, could it be hey kept the extra? It is.it supposed to go into my account?

I was really hoping for the money as my direct debit has increased to £450 this month!!!!!

Also i know nobody has replied.but can anyone help me understand this please? Why is it showing my £67 energy refund as money "out" rather than in?
My bill seems to show as charging me £67 instead of deducting it?

That's last month's bill. This month's has gone up.

I’m afraid I can’t answer your questions but just to let you know I’ve had Oct / Nov / Dec payments of £66 or £67 and have had an email saying the January one is on its way. It should be every month I think.
