Received in the party bag.

It inflates round. Why does it have an elastic at one end?

A balloon.

Its a balloon and you out rice in it and punch it once inflated with elastic

I've never heard of a punch balloon. I'm not from this country so maybe that's why!🤷🏼‍♀️

Put the elastic round you wrist and punch it. DS2 adores them!

You put the elastic around your wrist and punch the balloon, it recoils back to you and you repeatedly punch it as it moves in and out
. They're great fun.

They were always the default prize at the hook a duck stand. Won one every year.

Put a couple of spoons of rice in it and blow it up. Annoying as hell but kids love them.

Don't do what I did and pop it after a few days when dc lose interest...without remembering it's full of rice 🤦🏻‍♀️. Slow puncture only!

Oh I’d forgotten all about these! Loved them when I was a kid. I’m sure I only ever got them already blown up though.

Punch balloons... great fun for kids... annoying as fuck I would think for adults near kids who have them!
