I take Menopace original, seems to help with sleep and hot flushes.

FrenchandSaunders · 22/01/2023 09:41

Menopace. Def helps me feel less angry 🤣

None. Not sure why I would?Just good marketing, to make people think they need to do this.

I’m not on HRT (was) but I don’t take specific supplementation as such, instead I absolutely prioritise nutrition. I’m suspicious of how well we absorb many supplements so I try to ensure I get the nutrition from diet.

so I eat a very unpolitically correct diet of lots of nutritious red meat, eggs and animal fats (not bullshit fats). Absolutely no junk food at all,

the only thing I supplement is magnesium. At bed time, helps sleep and gets rid of restless legs.

I currently have no meno symptoms, and I have in the past. It might just be a stage as we all know these things can change over night but imo diet is the way to truly address symptoms, supplements can be unreliable.

Menopace, evening primrose and magnesium. It definitely reduces the symptoms.

Not a supplement as such but HRT is the main thing that will help.

Flaxseed, stopped my hair falling out in clumps

MonkeyMindAllOverAround · 22/01/2023 10:03

Magnesium, red macca (red, not the normal one), Korean ginseng. They help me to sleep, fight brain fog and keep reasonably energetic.

Collagen, soya milk, flax and a rather high number of seeds and nuts helps to keep my hormones more or less in check.

Iv started taking cold pressed starflower oil capsules from H & B . Made a huge difference

ThreeLittleDots · 22/01/2023 10:50

Multivitamin with iron. Extra D and calcium.

5-HTP.

As well as mini-pill and HRT

HRT, magnesium, flax. Was taking ashwagandha as well but not too sure about that one as read it can reduce oestrogen, so have stopped it.
